Shipping Policy
Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email with your tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Timeframe We deliver across India. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on orders above ₹900
- A flat shipping fee of ₹100 applies to orders below ₹900
Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this to track your package directly on the courier's website.
Delayed or Lost Shipments If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at hello@vanaorigin.com with your order number. We will investigate with our courier partner and keep you updated.
Undeliverable Packages If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.
