Return & Refund Policy

At Vana Origin, all our products are food-based and are carefully packed and quality-checked before dispatch. Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns.

Damaged or Spoilt Products

We take quality seriously. If you receive a product that is damaged, spoilt, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@vanaorigin.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo or video of the product and packaging

Once we review and verify the issue, we will issue a store credit equivalent to the product value. Store credits can be used on your next purchase on our website.

Please note that claims raised after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on any products once delivered. This includes items that are:

  • Opened or used
  • Not in original packaging
  • Returned without prior communication

Store Credit Terms

  • Store credits are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash
  • Credits are valid for 6 months from the date of issue
  • Credits can only be used on vanaorigin.com
